Was called today of coming in to be told they are having construction done and that the elevators were not working which is understandable they were going to accommodate us and put us on the first floor when we got there after traveling five hours the first room they gave us dirty, wasn’t even clean second room they gave us dirty, wasn’t clean I don’t recommend anybody staying here until they’re construction done I will schedule to stay here on my way back from Orlando. I’ve already canceled that reservation and booked it at another Hilton property. Very disappointed.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT MERIT CARRYING THE HILTON NAME! This experience is unacceptable! All the years we have been staying at the Hilton hotels we have never stayed at a place as awful as this location. -First, Elevators were not running -Unlocked side door, poses a security issue. Door remains unlocked at all times. -Room infested with ghost ants. Ants on the pillows, in the bathroom. We were forced to sleep with lights on during night. -Horribly dated furniture and lamps, and carpets. We will be forwarding this review to Hilton Corporate and filing a complaint. THE ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE INSPECTED BY HILTON.

Don’t stay here!!! Place is under massive construction. Rooms are dirty, ice machines don’t work, holes in wall, dirty floors and everything else. Worst part, maintenance is not being done. So much so that I got locked out of my room for 2 hours at 530 in the morning. Learned this has happened before and the place still doesn’t have a solution. Easy solution, change out the batteries in a schedule so your guest don’t get locked out. Ridiculous that this place is charging full price. Do yourself a favor and stay at the double tree downtown. It’s not perfect but way better than this place. Worst hotel experience ever.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times over the last 2 years and each stay was ok at best. Most recent stay was brutal. Massive construction, elevator down, I was given a room that was not cleaned, then given a room with stains on the sheets, then at 1am needed to move rooms again due to the massive party going on in the room above me. This place was a sweet disaster last week.

I would advise against staying here. The hotel is under heavy renovation. Elevators don’t work. My room was on the far end of the 2nd floor and the WiFi was not able to reach to my room. Breakfast was setup on folding tables in the conference room and looked less than appetizing.
